This is the update on the site. I want to make this short and not take up a lot of page height, so here it goes…

Meter.Co.Nr is down. Big-time. I tried to get numerous domain names, but none of them worked out in the end. Whatever ones did, it would be costly. Also, I cannot put any more information (this includes pages, images, etc) in my site. It will cost even more.

It’s insane to update the blog without Cutenews (Some of you will get what that is, some will not).

All in all, Meter is not going to happen.

I am taking up neopets again, however. I’ve been playing for almost 8 years now, and I’m returning. My username is Airea. Well, this is it peeps. As of this moment, I’ve quit Club Penguin. I can’t handle the new features, and probably neither can Connora. I’ve decided to close my blog in 4 days to allow everyone to see the gift below, before it’s closed (instead of tonight). 

Below is the surprise Connora and I have planned for you! We really hope you like it. If you said something as a goodbye message and it’s not on here, well… We didn’t have room for everything. I will be posting all the other testimonials on my new site coming in September, so don’t fret.

I tried to say as much as I could in my letter. I owe so much to some people, it hurts alot. Some people did so much for me, but I’m sad that I can’t do more. I can’t continue my art because I’m not drawing much CP anymore. I’ll eventually finish all the pixel penguins.

In other news; if you read Connora’s site already, you know he will be quitting in less than 4 days. This means I’m gonna have to join him very soon. We are planning a party if everything works out (we had some fun on msn last night), and we are near complete with our surprise; just need to finish some last-minute problems and stuff.

What’s going to happen:

1. What things are you closing?
I am closing this site, and my deviantart site, TOMORROW at 12:00 pm central. This blog will not be deleted, but they will have no new features and I will change the layout so it is simpler. And I will be posting a note on my DeviantArt site about it being closed, at least for the time being.

I have already begun locking some of the pages here.

2. Will you still be drawing Club Penguin things?
This is a controversy that I don’t know the answer to yet. I may draw Cp every once in a while, but I’ve discovered some other cool techniques in photoshop I think you’d love to see.

3. Why do you have to quit together?
As he said in his last post, Connora and I both have the same reasons.

4. Don’t quit, don’t go ;_;

5. The buddy situation.
Most of my good buddies have been notified that I am quitting. I will be popping on and off Club Penguin for the next few days telling them so. This is so no one suddenly thinks I died or something.

6. Can I have this site?
I haven’t decided that yet. I need a very reliable person, as this was my first Club Penguin site ever. I may just keep it closed, who knows!

7. Will we ever be able to talk to you other than MSN?
Definitely! I am going to open a website, as you may know (Http://Meter.Co.Nr/), so there will be comment blogs and postings there. Hopefully you’ll want to see it!

8. Are you still going to go on Club Penguin?
Nope. I may jump on for a quick second to check for updates; however, there’s not much real new stuff going on right now. I might not be on for three or four weeks, a month, at a time. I’ll probably go to a secluded server too, so I’m not in the middle of a fight at North Pole or a ‘free items’ spree at Frozen.

9. What’s the surprise?
To be announced.

Club Penguin updates have been going down the tubes. They’ve been no fun, bringing back items and releasing things that I never use. I’m hardly on, except to chat. And I also can’t be on as much due to the awful people that, literally, torture me, both on Youtube and Club Penguin. Being in the same room as them on Cp makes me gag. I screw my face up and spit when they say something rude to me or another ‘penguin’. This is a huge factor in my descision I have made around 20 days ago.

As well as this, I feel like I should not be on this site anymore. Club Penguin is my second addiction next to art, just as many people are addicted to food, shopping, reading, or basketball. This is hard, because only 4 other people in my class play Club Penguin still; 2 of them are quitting soon as well. I am 14, going on 15 next April. This is old. I truly feel like a senior on Club Penguin, whether you think this is a bad reason to go or not. I do not want to be the 16-year old who plays a 7-12 year old children’s site…

I love you all. Really. And I hope you enjoy me being your friend. I have been very upset some times, and I apologize for those who had to go through that stuff. Connora has been a very good friend to me during those times; we talk every day and we share so much, you don’t even realize it. I cannot name all of you; each of you helped make my site, and my time here, as memorable as it gets! I’ve spent 2 years on this site and I have met so many cool and wonderful people- I hope you know you are one of them.

I am quitting Club Penguin. I don’t know when; only when both my partner and I decide.

I am asking you only two favours.

Also. I ask you not to be upset, because I am changing the way my outlook on life is. I’m beginning to draw artwork and graphics other than Penguins, like I used to before I began Club Penguin. I realize that my time has come to try something new.

You have NO IDEA, in the world, how grateful I am to be your friend! Especially Angel, Connor, Ziek… And the rest. Thank you, truly! Thanks for making my time on Club Penguin an awesome time.
